360 Fostering Consultancy provides training for Independent Sector and Local Authority foster carers.We specialise in training that potential and existing foster carers will need, focusing on the challenges that may arise when working with and caring for ‘Looked After Children’.

The staff of 360 Fostering Consultancy have over 10 years direct first hand experience of caring for children and young people who are “looked after” and also the professionals who work with these young people. This has given them a unique insight into the needs of these young people and the different skills and knowledge needed to ensure positive outcomes for them.

360 Fostering Consultancy has over ten years experience of developing and delivering pre panel and ongoing professional development packages of training for potential and existing foster carers. The training will help foster carers to think at a deeper level about what may be going on in the “internal world” of he young person they will be or are working with, thus allowing self reflection.
